• Question: Who makes a good engineer?

      Hi Karl, I think a good engieer is one who can help solve problems in lots of different situations. They don’t have to be the smartest. A good engieer will know when to ask for help, how to research for solutions and be good at communicating with different types of people.

      I think the greatest quality a good engineer should have is being determined. They need to be able to interpret a complex problem, work hard at finding a solution even if it’s difficult and time-consuming and deliver the result. Like Monica says, engineers should also know when to ask for help and work effectively within a team.
