I run a lot of projects. All require paperwork and auditing. I hate it, but it’s a necessary evil.

Before being able to collect any data, there are many paper works. I hate this part as it always take up to 4 months to approve the study. however the favorite part is the data collection.

I have been lucky to work in lots of different areas and with lots of people who are very clever about things that I don’t know about. As a result, I have learned how all kinds of things work. Being able to see a bit of technology or a machine and to understand (at least a little bit) how things come together is one of the best parts of my job.

My least favourite part of being an engineer? Most jobs have a lot of paperwork and mine is no different. The thing I like least about engineering though is that often equipment is too expensive or computers aren’t powerful enough to try everything that I want to do!

Definitely like others said, paperwork and some meetings are necessary but they’re probably my least favourite bit of the day.

My most favourite parts are the teaching and computer modelling. I can spend a lot of time working on it because I enjoy it.
